Super fun cake by Harriot & Grace! Love her blog Forty-sixth at Grace. My husband's last name is Button and now I need to modify Harriot's recipe to vegan. I am sure the texture will change somewhat but I love the idea of vegan button cookies. You can use rice milk and replace butter with oil, earth balance, or even applesauce. I use agave and raw local honey to sweeten. If you make them raw you can use cocnut meat and dehydrate it as the flour or a nut base as well of raw almond flour.
