
So super excited to have caught up with editor, Amy Palanjian, from Ready Made Magazine. We connected via email about her experience with healthier food choices and more cooking or un-cooking as I call it now.
I could not help but share some of the experiences I have had with eating vegan and raw the last 1.5 years. I really feel great. I do not miss any animal products, soda, etc. I eliminated soda and refined foods over fifteen years ago after feeling pretty tired and disgusted with how fake everything was in the so called "food." Amy has written a great post with recipes including my coconut shakes over at the Ready Made blog here. Have a read. Enjoy real food! If it has to have a label that is "real" it likely is not.
