Happy to be working with the lovely Clara, owner of skinny skinny. skinnyskinny is completely eco conscious and carries the loveliest soaps and bath items. In addition, organic body oils, and organic body pillows. I ahve also redesigned ther new web header and footer. I have worked with skinnyskinny on the packaging design of their organic body oils and bath teas along with revising their soaps wrapped in various magazine pages.

Okay, I just got back from Europe in January and why, why, why did I not go to Denmark? It was at the top of my list after Iceland. I ended up in London and France which of course is not too shabby and I had great time. I just know now after looking at all of my favorite Denmark links I am long overdue to visit this amazing place. You will love thees images of the CPH Square Showroom in Copenhagen, Denmark.

HAVE A LOVELY WEEKEND

I love how the sun comes through our dining area. Our cat Uma loves it as well. She could sit in it for hours. I have become a big cat. I want to lay in the sun all day too. On another note I could not be happier to see Ranunculus. Paired with wax flower, instant bliss.

Can you imagine having a get together and three people balancing this seesaw sitting piece? So funny, right? Especially if there are cocktails involved. Someone might be falling off. Definitely a fun piece. I think want a seesaw in my house now.

ZERO, MORE SCANDINAVIAN GOODNESS

I love lighting. You could have the most drab room and put up a great pendant to enliven the atmosphere. It sets a tone, mood, and overall look. I have been driving each room in our house by the light fixture lately. Loving Zero's designs right now.

SCANDINAVIAN WALLPAPER & DECOR

While I love wallpaper I loathe removing it. I wish I had this to put over the old shabby plaster walls in our kitchen. I have been removing the glue/sizing off the kitchen walls on + off for a year now. I know, a delayed project. Old houses, gotta love them. And, i do, which is my problem or love of restoration. My talented carpenter father came over 2 days ago and said, "we should have just put new sheet rock up." I was like, "yes, now you tell me." At any rate if I had this cool wallpaper from Scandinavian Wallpaper & Decor I would be able to hide all the not so interesting imperfections on one side of the wall as this paper is too much for more than one wall. However, the walls will be white and that will be just fine.

MI-HOUSE WINDMILL

I do not have any children, well people children. I have 2 cats and a husband. I think the cats could enjoy this but not so much my husband. Anyway, I love this house made by Mi-House. You could even collage on it or color on it. I would strive to keep it white, LOL. Via Tinypeople.

What a bummer the Seymour Antiques Shop was closed Monday. I so needed to go in there on my way back to my home in upstate, NY. I am from CT, born and raised, and was visiting this past weekend. I am always so excited to visit because there are so many great places to find hidden treasure in terms of antiques. The Seymour Antiques Shop remains one of my faves. This image of paper mache birds suspended by ribbons from the ceiling immediately caught my eye. Great window dressing.

Located in one of the places I lived for several years, Seymour, CT, is a lovely new boutique, Marzis. Owner, Marianne, was nice enough to allow me to take some images of this rustic, vintage, and modern store. It is a delightful warm place to shop. I was so happy to see that the small and quaint downtown area of Seymour, CT, Finally added some new places to buy gifts and treasures for your home. Vintage charm, New England weathered goodness, and contemporary edge.
