I love this image. I love this girl. She is a soul sister to me. Samantha and I completed our 200hr yoga teacher training at Kripalu in 2006. She is so vibrant, energetic, pure, and happy. She is a massage therapist, yogi, and healer. She has good karma, seriously.
I have gone back to this image of her on Facebook several times in the last two weeks. I asked Sam if I could post it and she said she would be thrilled. I really cannot help but connect to the being in the moment pow in this photo. It really says go for the gusto in life.
